Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver across India through courier partners. We do not ship outside India.

Dispatch time

Prepaid orders and confirmed Cash on Delivery orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your pincode.

Shipping charges

Shipping is charged per order by total packed weight: up to 500 g ₹60, 501 g–1 kg ₹110, above 1 kg ₹150. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you place the order.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on all orders with a COD fee of 5% of the order value, shown at checkout. COD orders must be confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch; unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we share the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp/SMS or email.

Refused or undelivered parcels

If a COD parcel is refused or cannot be delivered after courier attempts, the order is cancelled. Repeated refusals may lead to COD being disabled for that phone number.
