Return window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

What can be returned

• Damaged, leaking, wrong or expired products – always accepted. Please share an unboxing photo or video.
• Other products – accepted only if unopened, with the seal intact and in original packaging. For hygiene and safety, opened consumable products cannot be returned.

Return shipping

If the problem is our error (damaged, wrong or expired item), we arrange the pickup free of cost. For other returns, the return shipping cost is deducted from the refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and check the returned product: to the original payment method for prepaid orders, or to your bank account/UPI for COD orders.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp or email with your order number.
