This policy explains how The Herb House ("we") collects and uses your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

Name, mobile number, email, delivery address and order details you provide at checkout. We do not collect card or bank details; online payments (when enabled) are handled by our payment gateway.

Why we use it

• To process, ship and support your order, issue GST invoices and handle returns (based on your consent at checkout).
• To send offers and updates only if you opt in separately. You can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers needed to fulfil your order: courier/shipping partners, payment gateway, our hosting and database providers, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax laws require (currently up to 8 years). Marketing consent data is deleted when you withdraw consent.
